Where do you deliver to?

We ship to everywhere worldwide except Turkey, as unfortunately, Turkey have placed a ban on the import of cosmetics products.

When will my order be processed?

Orders placed before 13:00pm Monday-Friday are processed the same day, orders placed after 13:00pm are processed the next working day.

Please note, a working day is classed as Monday-Friday excluding public holidays.

Busy periods & over the Festive Season, delivery's may beprocessed later.

We hope that you are delighted with your order, but if for some reason you are not we are happy to exchange your item for the same or similar from our shop.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCTS. 

Failure to notify us in this period will terminate the exchange policy.

All goods returned must be in their original packaging and unopened.

Unless the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you do so (in case you need to show you have returned the goods, in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel). If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (including the initial standard delivery charge, but not the additional cost of any premium delivery option that was chosen) within 14 days after the day on which we receive the Products back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the Products back to us, provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation.

Refunds will only be made against the original credit/debit card used or PayPal, the method used to pay.

We will not provide a full refund if the goods show signs of unreasonable use. In such circumstances, we will notify you that a reduced refund amount will be available or you can choose to arrange for such goods to be returned to you within 28 days of our notification.

Your right to return goods does not apply to goods

  1. That have been opened and used
  2. For hygiene, the Lash Pillows cannot be returned
  3. which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly or
  4. where sealed goods have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.

 YOUR RIGHTS IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH A PRODUCT

In addition to the rights described above (and in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015), if the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered we will be happy to exchange the items or offer you a refund.

Please notify us as soon as possible within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

To ensure prompt resolution, please provide the order number and keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register is true, accurate and current in all respects. See our PRIVACY AND COOKIES POLICY regarding the treatment of your personal information.

You are responsible for ensuring that the personal information you provide to us is up to date. If your personal information changes then please notify us immediately by emailing us info@uklashinstitute.com

Alternatively, you can update your details through “my account” page.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for taking all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you have reason to believe that your password has become known to somebody else, or is likely to be used in any way that is unauthorised by you, you should contact us immediately. If you forget your password we will reset it upon your request and send it to the email address, which you specified when you registered. Your account can be cancelled at.

You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use. We reserve the right to refuse service and/or terminate accounts without prior notice if you violate these Website Terms or if we decide, in our sole discretion, that it would be in our best interests to do so.
